An amazing guest house! So clean and up to date, great view and host is so nice. Breakfast was top notch. If we come back to Fort William again there is no doubt this is where we will stay next time too.

Brilliant breakfast! Room was spotless. I also liked the good choice of herbal teas.

The hostess was excellent with recommendations for dinner and things to see in the area. She made us aware the Harry Potter train was not running , so we were able to alternate plans that worked out great. Breakfasts were filling and great tasting.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. They hung my wet clothes to dry for me and returned them the next day after I was caught in a storm while hiking. The breakfast was great and the view from the dining room was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our most recent trip to Scotland and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the owner was incredibly accommodating and flexible, especially with our very late check-in, which made our arrival completely stress-free after a long day of travel. The room was comfortable and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the hospitality. We were made to feel at home right away, and the morning Scottish breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. It was fresh, hearty, and the perfect start to the day with the signature haggis that was perfect What made the stay even more special was the time the owner took to talk us through the local area. They shared helpful insights and tips, including telling us about the Glenfinnan Viaduct. Without that recommendation, we would have completely missed it—and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.

The host gave us a very warm welcome and took great care of us. The room was very clean and comfortable,especially the bedding! It was incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was freshly prepared with good quality ingredients. I really loved this place and hope to stay again.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at Breaburn Guest House. The place was extremely clean and our room had a beautiful view of the loch and surrounding hills and mountains, which made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious and very accommodating. We also really appreciated the thoughtful complimentary touches. The host was truly lovely, very welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful location. Spacious rooms and wonderful breakfast and gracious hosts. Parking was limited but we were able to park up the hill on the street.

This is a beautiful place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone needing accommodation in Fort William. I was particularly impressed with the standard of the room and bathroom and the breakfast was amazing too. Without question I will be back.

Beautiful B&B with lovely gardens when the weather cooperates. Comfortable duvet quilt with a stunning view of the hills and loch. Gail was very professional and friendly with a sumptuous Scottish breakfast this morning. Hope to return someday.
