Room was spacious and comfortable with good showers. Lounge areas are nice to chill with a hot tea and space outside the room, with amazing views outside the fjord. Lovely breakfast buffet.

Basic hotel in a small village but immense value. The room was smallish but very well laid out and the fjord view was amazing! Breakfast was well stocked and tasty with a great view! This location truly was viewed as a necessary stop over before we came to Norway. After two weeks here I can say this was our best value by far and the village was quaint and easily walkable from this hotel. Would visit again in a heartbeat!

This hotel was so retro and adorable. Really appreciated the top rate breakfast and the restaurant for dinner. Sitting room was relaxing in the evening. Views to the fjord were amazing, parking easy, staff helpful. Family room worked well for the three of us.

Great hotel that had everything we needed. Super friendly staff and super clean. The location is perfect and the views are amazing. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast everyday is amazing! They have great dinner options too. Just book it.

It doesn't look great but does the job. A comfortable clean room with a good view to the fjord. Plenty of parking. Breakfast not so great. Hot dishes, baked beans, tiny sausage and scrambled eggs weren't hot, maybe luke warm. Juice was coloured water. Selection of breads, just two cereals and yoghurt and selection of cheeses and meats but unlike other good hotels very light on the renown cold fish Scandinavian options, in fact one! Dinner was just three options so we sought elsewhere.

Most beautiful view ever! Very clean! Very friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast except ran out of coffee at 830. Also somewhat “rustic” - gym towel type bath towels, also gym-type wall hand soap in shower (no shampoo etc), main shower head didn’t work and hand sprayer was permanently affixed in a weird direction. Hotel restaurant was very good.

Lovely small, walkable village close to many sightseeing spots.

This not good , price is cray high compared to service. Resturant is not good, and waiters are not trained, All in all this is scam for this price, maximum 3 stars hotel

We are a family of 4 and the accommodation was great. Great location, walking distance to everywhere. the staff were amazing and helpful. Very friendly and personable. I have already told my college roommate about the Eidjford Hotel.

Booked last minute easily, and they were able to accommodate an early check in. The view from the lounge is spectacular, and the breakfast that was included was not lacking in anything. The perfect spot for a one or two day stop!

Great location with stunning views from restaurant. Room was comfortable family room..ideal for night stopover. Staff were all lovely. Restaurant excellent food & breakfast had everything you could want.
