Place is good for an overnight stay, blanket was stained (lucky I had my own) safe did not work, did not get WiFi information, asked through help desk never received info. Was appropriate for my overnight stay. Clean towels, clean private restroom. Self check in was easy (download information before hand). There was a small window overlooking patio but Roman shade had gap so I pressed bag against so no one could look into room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - once we figured out how to get inside! We were told there would be an email explaining how the keypad worked, but we never received it. Fortunately our very helpful cabbie called the property and was able to figure out the system. Everything else was excellent!

The receptionist does not understand English, when we arrived earlier, she said we can only check in after 3 pm. We were ok with the strict check in time. When we requested to let them keep out lug gages, the staff did not understand anything, and kept saying 3 pm. I was very frustrated and increased voice, then we left for booked visit and Casa Mila. Then the manager called multiple times even I ask him stop calling me and it is harrassing. He said he reported to police and he did not give any appology. During our three nights stay, there were no room arrangement, no cleaning, nothing. It was the worse accomodation expericence ever.

The room was very clean and the staff were great. The location was good as well. I was happy to find a small fridge. We were taken aback by how small the room was. Not much bigger than the bed. With no natural light. In my opinion, this room (basic accommodation) works only for sleeping. It wasn’t a comfortable space to relax and rest up.

This place was horrible. Our mattress was broken. There was a huge divot in it and we could feel the slats through the “mattress.” We were forced to sleep, if that word actually applies, on less than half (of a full-sized bed) so as to avoid falling into the divot. The room was also much smaller than appeared in the photos. There is no desk and therefore no one works there except maybe 4 hours a day. So there is NO help if it’s needed - you have to rearrange your schedule to even pay (to sleep around a broken mattress). The location is A+, but I would not wish this place on my enemies. AVOID AT ALL COST. NOT WORTH IT.

This hotel was clean with beautiful decor and in a good location. It was difficult to find at first but the hosts were very responsive in helping us find the property.

Awesome small hotel in Barcelona close to a metro station one stop from the Sagrada Familia! Super new, upgraded, clean, comfortable, and even w a small patio! Called the manager to meet me to check in and everything went smoothly! The restaurant, Adonis, on the corner was great! Loved my whole stay!

Great Location.

Great location, very clean and comfortable

Room was pretty clean, bathroom was clean and well furnished, although for 2 days out of 4, no one cleaned my room. Staff were pleasant but only present for a few hours in morning and evening. Breakfast pretty good, but earliest service was 8:15 which was too late if you had an appointment as early as 9 a.m. But ABOVE ALL, do not accept a reservation for Room 5! The only windows opened out into an interior stairway, which I was not told ahead of time. Worst of all, halfway across the bedroom floor, there's a step up, so it's a 2-level floor, which is extremely hazardous for a bedroom where you might be moving around the room at night. I tripped and fell on this on the first night, leaving me bruised and sore for the duration of my stay. When I asked for another room the next day, I was told they were completely booked so they couldn't move me. I suspect that the other rooms in this B&B were fine and that if I'd had a different room, I'd have been satisfied. I don't think they should even put guests in Room 5. I feel it's a lawsuit waiting to happen when someone else falls and actually breaks something.

We didn't realize that the place where breakfast was served and the "communal area" was only a thin door away from where we were sleeping. It was noisy at times.

They have no reception, so if a problem, no one there. The only tv is in the common area and didn’t work. One morning, no one showed up to serve the breakfast and I had to call them. The breakfast is skimpy and every day they over baked the croissants. They need at least hard boiled eggs for a protein.

Check in is a real ordeal. Must call someone to meet you at the property. Strange, dimly lite commons area. They have air conditioning in this area and the breakfast area but will not turn it on even when requested. Beds were comfortable. Linens were nice and clean. Room very basic.

Great location. Good communication as we were delayed in arriving. One improvement that would be helpful -- more air flow in common areas. It was very hot and stuffy in breakfast and living room areas.

Exceptional on every level! Absolutely comfortable beds, spacious rooms, great location, great coffee & breakfast, wonderful staff. Book ahead as it is beloved.
