The AC didnt work

The room is so clean and staffs especially front desk personnel is so pleasant, courteous, helpful and very friendly.

Night desk staff was great. Room was clean enough. Just had to sleep through the neighbor upstairs walking around. Could use more material to block or lessen wall noise from above.

Okay for the price! Could be better though with a little bit attention to the room amenities to be fixed and placed as advertised!

No elevator, zero cold water, nothing but scolding hot the entire time was there. Not sure how this place got reviewed the way it does on Expedia but I think they need to check out their review system! I definitely would not stay here again

I had to be moved from the first room because the tv wasn't working. I will say the staff is very very nice. The first room and the 2nd room I was in were both very dirty. The beds were clean, though, except for the bedspread in the 2nd room - it needed a wash. The bed was very comfortable, however. Nice sheets. I slept really well. But the surfaces of all areas were very dirty/dusty and the floors were as well, and being a clean freak, that bothered me, especially in a place that's a big city with lots of travelers.

The walls are not soundproofed. Can hear neighbors speak.

Lee was exceptional, very friendly staff, clean and nice room and walkable to a few restaurants and most importantly good donuts! ;))
