Good service, all friendly staff.

Easy redemption process. Request a room with a window, can be on the second floor. 4. Quite comfortable. Only the window can't be opened. I got room 415. But I got a blanket only in the form of thin cloth. Maybe forgot to put a thick blanket. Thank you Hotel Denpasar. Hopefully the service can be improved again.

Ask for a room with 1 large bed which is given 2 separate beds.

Hotel gelap, penerangan sangat kurang, baik di lorong maupun di kamar, jadi agak menyeramkan. Kamar mandinya kurang bersih dan air panas tidak keluar, kasur dan bantal bau apek. Dan selimutnya hanya selembar kain seprai.

I booked on the Traveloka Site at a price of 377,672 for 2 nights. After check-in, I was told to add 75,000 without prior notice. The outside room is quite spacious but the sheets have many stains which disgusted my husband and I. A blanket is just a thin sheet of cloth not to mention a key that is never normal. You have to manually open it every time you want to enter the room and you have to go to the 1st floor first to ask to open the door.
