A lovely pub and hotel, the food was really tasty if a little on the small size, I would definitely stay again!

The room was excellent with absolutely everything needed for comfortable stay. Friendly helpful staff and lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend .

Staff very friendly

A great two day stay in Kent, mainly to go for a tour on the Balfour Winery. A nice and cosy inn in the English country side, just as it says on the tin. We will be back for more exploring in the future I am sure.

We stayed in the suite and had no hot water and no heating. Manager had left and staff unable to help. Was told we had to shower in a different room then lied that they had sent maintenance. Hotel refused refund and lied.

We loved the room it was brilliant clean and welcoming fantastic food and the staff were excellent, friendly and knowledge

I don't normally bother to write a review but I want to give deserved praise to the staff at The Goudhurst Inn: unfailingly friendly and thoughtful. My room was lovely and the food was excellent - way above standard pub fare. Well done to everyone involved.

A few black spots on bed linen and lots of condensation on the windows. Surrounding area has no shops or shopping facilities nearby. Staff were friendly and attentive but service was a little slow. Wrong TV remote initially in room but staff resolved quickly. Main road directly outside bedroom window which was noisy and not good for light sleepers.

Excellent staff especially the manager who kindly gave us a lift to the vineyard. Evening meal at the inn was superb, great mini break.
