We visited Hollywood beach with kids and loved this hotel. In fact, we loved it so much we extended an extra day! Maria at HBH was phenomenal and full of energy. She made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend anyone staying here if you're visiting the area.

We are by beach

Worst place to stay. The door to the room first was locked after check in, they fix it, but the door looks like was destroyed for got in.we Expended a lot off money to cook inside and wasn’t work. Bad company, and they have a lot of hotel in the area and they look the same. That gave an excellent location but horrible management.

Perfect location

I loved everything about it. Upon checking in on Friday, the front desk was extremely nice. The bed was to die for. The breakfast place was a little bit of a walk but it was manageable. The best part was that everything was walking distance. Upon checking out this morning, Wilson was extremely helpful. Most definitely coming back next time.

Very cozy close to the beach

Had a great family time. Staff was very friendly. The area is very nice and in front of the beach.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful..it was reasonably priced and a beautiful location right on the beach. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in. Staff was friendly lots of local shopping and dining right there at the board walk will definitely return

When we checked in and went to our room we immediately went down and asked to be moved somewhere else. There were no plug ins in the bathroom or in the bedroom in front of any mirrors. There was a 1 inch gap on the exterior door and a flight of stairs that my sister could not use. They moved us to one of their other properties

Very small areas.. And old construction

When we arrived the room that I originally booked (ocean front), the door did not lock and wouldn’t stay closed. They put us in a different room. (Nothing what I paid for/ not ocean front or view). It smelled like mold. They wouldn’t change to a different room because they said they were full. Refused to give me a refund or comp the price difference in rooms. Will never stay here again.

Food is a bit expensive on the beach boardwalk. I got a newly remodeled room this time and it was nicer than my last visit. Bed was comfy

Great location, hotels conditions are poor, windows are pretty old entry door had a 1” gap on top you could off stick your fingers out, floor wasn’t clean at time of check in please need to renovate

Very well located, just the breakfast could be a bit more options. But overall, very good.

Make sure you read the parking and are up to date. I watched cars get towed. The office is a block down but they were very friendly, the room was huge. Plenty of sleeping space for my family of 4. Great price and perfect location. Most facilities use window units so if you need it freezing cold, ask for a fan. This unit didn’t have the pots and pans like other units which is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. Had I needed to stay a week, I would have needed more. Overall it was great. I would come back

Great location! However, the room it self was very small with no central A/C only a wall unit in a window. The bathoom very small with a tiny shower dirty and rusty. The shower knobs rusty. The shower leaks into the room floor. I would not recomend this property. For the price is better to rent at the Marriott a couple of blocks down.

Property was only a few steps from the ocean and directly on the Broadwalk. Multiple pools for guests. Bed was very comfortable. Due to the hotels age, the room and some other areas were a bit dated. Planning on returning soon!

Pretty poor room quality, i booked Oceanview deluxe and had side windows with no view of ocean. Sink isnt working clogs and doesn't drain. Has stove and fridge but no water, no utensils, very small bathroom and air-conditioning is just unbelievable loud and blowing right in your face. For ao much money... will not coming back.

Chech in and out was fast.

Descriptions do not disclose fees due at property. Every person checking in complained. For the fees rooms and pools should be better. Hallway where my room was, was blocked areas were taped off and room had no partial ocean view as disclosed. I do have another booking here would love to change it but did non-refundable - just hoping for a better room next time
