HORRIBLE! And I’ll never book with hotels.com again. I found roaches all over my room when I checked it before I took my kids in, it also smelled like pee BAD. Went to the front desk and he said okay I’ll just cancel you can go somewhere else. I reached out to hotels.com and they said no refund because the motel won’t respond to them. I had to find a new hotel at 2am with 3 kids. Nuts!!!
