The hotel staff are very accommodating and considerate. Its my first time to book a hotel using the app. And it gave me a headache on Christmas day. I booked the hotel Monday and the check in date was Friday. But when my parents arrived in the hotel they were told that there is no reservation booked for them. They showed the booking id but was told it was not reflecting. Good thing since its a day before Christmas they allowed my parents to stay while waiting for the booking Id to reflect on their system. That's the time I did research and saw that this is a common thing when using the app. So now this is the last time I'm using this app.

It's far from the beautiful beach. The pool is dirty. The crew are not friendly.
