The staff were super kind, friendly and helpful.

I loved this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was fantastic and the room was spotless and wonderful. We had a terrific view of Signal Hill. Room had great amenities and so comfortable. Parking was easy. We did not dine at the hotel but we enjoyed coffee, yogurt and cheese scone for breakfast at the little bistro and it was great. So many shops and food choices nearby. 10/10.

Modern, well maintained hotel, perfectly located, close to restaurants, bars, the harbour. Great staff, always smiling and ready to help. Our room was a bit small but very comfy.

Bed could be firmer but otherwise great!

The Avis car that I had prepaid and reserved was refused to me on arrival at St. John’s airport. The Avis staff and manager on phone were extremely rude and not willing to help me out.

Great stay and very good location

In general this place is wonderful. Great location, lovely staff , food is great and that's where it goes down . Restaurant opens only at 8 am , not open all day, closed Sunday evening and not open at all on Monday Tuesday. Yes they have a coffee shop ( which is great ) but there are plenty that want to have a sit down meal.

Staff were excellent. Cleaning staff were efficient and friendly. Had some trouble with room keys timing out and not working. Coffee bar on main floor had the slowest service I have ever experienced.

This is a great location in St John's and has easy walking to restaurants and shopping. You do have to pay for parking FYI. Our room was very comfortable, the beds and pillows are amazing, and the staff are very accommodating, we arrived early from our 10-hour flight, and they were able to get us in our room early. The room had wonderful block out blinds, so we had a 5-hour nap which helped with our jetlag and allowed us to hit the ground running! The staff are extremely friendly and upbeat, which made every interaction with them very pleasurable :)

Hotal is centrally located near downtown restaurants and shops.Staff was courteous. Checkin went smoothly.

Great location, coffee shop for breakfast

This is the best hotel in St John's. Location is great, breakfast is superb and the staff are great.

The room was just too tight, and we kept bumping into the furniture. Otherwise an excellent location and very friendly staff. If only the rooms were 12 ft larger!!’
