Please make the security guards friendlier🙏🏻 The standard for a hotel at this price is that all the staff are friendly, not rude. Same here, you can't leave food at the front desk. It's a shame if you order a lot at some restaurants, you have to go up and down the basement because there's no drop-off for food. When I first arrived, the security guard was unfriendly. He didn't even smile 🙏🏻 and this is the type of hotel where you can't leave your food order at the reception. You have to pick it up directly from the driver in the basement. There's also no drop-off area for orders. Honestly, it's a real shame as a visitor if you have a lot of orders from several restaurants. When I arrived, it was still under renovation. It was okay because I only found out when I arrived. The wallpaper in the room? It's faded and patchy. I was interested in staying here because the hotel was newly renovated and the restaurant lobby was really nice. But the room turned out to have no wallpaper.
