Good services, staff is friendly and the food is much better.

In terms of location, the hotel is close to Malang Station, around 1.1 km. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the station for those who like to walk. The hotel staff are all very friendly. You can check in early and request a top room. In terms of cleanliness, it's also okay. Comfortable. The TV options are complete. The room is also spacious, but unfortunately because the room has a door between rooms, it's not soundproof. Disturbed by the guests next door who were chatting and laughing really loudly even though it was already 2 am! I, who wanted to sleep peacefully, woke up hearing them chatting

This hotel is the best. Next time I go to Malang, I want to stay at TH 101 again. The room is very spacious, my son really likes the facilities in the hotel

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.. The king bed was comfortable, air conditioning very cold. Enjoyed the big 55" LG smart tv with your variety of streaming options (youtube, netflix, prime, disney, etc). Have a little complaint about the connecting door, makes it not very soundproof to next door. Other than that, the room is wonderful. Breakfast had very large variety of dishes, as you would expect from a good 4star hotel. Taste was also pretty good. There is a rooftop bar (didnt visit) and fun looking gym,. There is a bike rental and pool table for rent. Good facilities available. All in all, this is my second stay here and look forward to staying again.

Strategic location, friendly staff and complaints are handled quickly, can check in early and get a room with a mountain view, complete with a swimming pool, gym and sky lounge. There is a cafe across from the hotel, but there is no mini market near the hotel. It's good overall.

Second time staying at 101 Hotel Malang. Got room 722 at the very end. Not bad for the cleanliness of the room. Bright lights. Breakfast is varied, tastes good.

I will definitely stay here for my next visit. The staffs were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious. Wish they provided microwave, though not a deal breaker. Breakfast was always a peach! We like the variety of menus. However, many of them were cold. Perhaps, heat lamps can help. But that Dampit coffee was the show star! 😋

Have stayed here twice. Friendly staff, okay rooms, the hotel is close to everywhere. But the most enjoyable thing is the sand coffee, complete types of coffee provided. The favorite is of course the typical Malang dampit coffee. Awesome 👍

The staff is very friendly, but when I stayed there the room phone didn't work, but the staff was quick to chat via WhatsApp, making it easier for customers.

The hotel is comfortable & clean, the location is quite strategic, the service is also very friendly & helpful. The choice of food menu is very varied & delicious. Overall very Ok 👍🏻. If I go to Malang, I want to stay there again ... 🙏🤗
