The elevator was broken, it was a long way to get in, the room was dirty, and the sugar in the tea didn't seem to be replaced (it felt dusty when I touched it).
The mattress was dirty, even after cleaning it, it wasn't replaced, and there were dirt stains.

The bathroom still smells bad.
The AC is really cold, but it looks dirty. It's time to change it.
There are lots of ants; even just putting food down for a short time will be swarmed by them.
The pillows are also unusable.
Hopefully, management will take this feedback into account.

Easy to access, near from Airport Halim, near from Jatinegara Train Station, in front is the Bus Highway. You can eat 24 hours, because the hotel is in the PGC Mall. Varieties of food, nice place to stay.

The hot water refill turned out to be cold and it would be better if there was bottled water in each room like in other hotels and for me it was not satisfactory.
