This hotel is super amazing. I checked out and the hotel staff informed me about my child's phone being left behind on WhatsApp. Their honesty is extraordinary. Thank you to Ms. Mutiara and Ms. Sarah who were very helpful. The hotel is comfortable. The service is good. The AC was not cold for a while and the service staff came to the room to fix it. I will definitely come back here if I come to Tangerang again.

Cool, most comfortable room, clean, the best Vega Hotel

I am one of the customers who came from the era of Ara Hotel, for honest service it is better than before. The staff response is also lacking, some facilities such as chairs that are no longer 100% perfect or there are already some parts of the chairs that may have some parts that are wobbly, the sink is also wobbly, it's just a matter of time before it comes off or if it's unlucky for another customer to get hit. Some parts of the table are slightly peeled, the pool area is also damaged and the iron is quite worrying if the children play. Even though it's a shame the children love the swimming pool.

Location near SMS which is very convenient and to Explorer Gading Serpong Vega one of the best choice with limited budget

I've stayed here 3 times. The swimming pool is recommended, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, when I got a room on the 9th floor, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped. As soon as I entered, it was already black and dusty. Other than that, it was nice 🙃
