Check-in was supposed to be 3:00, but we helped bring it up to 3:30. Thank you. The facilities are good, but the breakfast variety should be improved for that price. The staff are generally friendly, but some seem arrogant. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, enough for families. There are many outbound facilities, and it would be even better if there were more free ones.

Absolutely packed with activities. Totally worth it. Even the prayer room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The extra bed in the room for kids was very helpful. I'd stay again next time. The only downside is the Wi-Fi isn't great. I used my own internet to stay connected.

Pay attention to the room amenities and the quality of the breakfast. Outdoor amenities are very comprehensive.

My last stay at Eastparc was in 2020. There were more rides, some of which were paid, whereas before everything was free. The restaurant also had less food, but the kids loved it and said they wanted to come back. A one-day stay wasn't enough, so maybe next time we'll stay longer so we can try all the rides.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. But honestly, the best part is all the activities they have. It’s basically like a water park inside the hotel! Most of the pools are free, and there’s always something to do. It’s seriously one of the best family hotels in Yogyakarta. The cool thing is that adults have just as much fun as the kids. You won’t get bored here. Great place for families, really worth it!

This is my second stay here... but it's not like it used to be. Pool towels are paid, you have to bring them from your room. There are more rides now that are paid. The food is lacking. The room smells of cigarette smoke, even after cleaning it, it still smells of cigarette smoke. I don't recommend this hotel anymore.

Everyone's happy staying here. The food, the kids' activities, the room are the best. The staff was super helpful. Definitely will come back later every time we visit Jogja.
