The room facilities are very good, especially the bathroom amenities, which are still Crabtree & Evlyn. The downside is that the suite rooms don't have microwaves. Room service can't heat baby food and refuses. Breakfast is just so-so, but it's different from 3 or 4 years ago, but it's still good. At 8 a.m., I asked for fresh dragon fruit juice and was told it was sold out, even though there were still plenty on display. At the direction of the men wearing suits. For a 5-star hotel like this, the advantage is the spacious poolside. Please upgrade your room facilities.

Had a really nice stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Diponegoro. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything felt well-maintained. The hotel itself looks modern and elegant, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The swimming pool area was great—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of options and good-quality food. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, always polite and responsive. The only small downside was the water pressure in the shower, which was a bit weak. Not a big issue, but something that could be improved. Overall, a great stay and definitely recommended. Would love to come back again.

It was my first time staying there, the check-in and checkout process was easy, even though the app stated it had a pool view, but it was only a city view, but it was okay, the AC was cold, smart TV, and the bathroom amenities were complete, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and body lotion. Unfortunately, I haven't tried the facilities because I'm not feeling well, I want to stay there again next time.

Everything ran smoothly. The booking, check-in, staying, & check-out were smooth. My family & I were really enjoying the room and the facilities provided. Even when the receptionist forgot to give welcome cookies, the CS proactively messaged me through WhatsApp and gave the complimentary right away after I asked for it. Great services.

The hotel is quite comfortable. There are plenty of kids' activities, so the kids won't get bored during their stay. The swimming pool is also spacious with several different depths. The biggest drawbacks, in my opinion, are: - More elevators could be added, as it can be quite a long wait when it's busy. - The rooms are quite comfortable, but the pillows could be replaced to make them softer, as the ones in my room were very thin.

I never hesitate to come back here again during school holidays, this is not the first time I have stayed here several times, everything is amazing 🤩🤩 but this time it was really annoying because the people in the next room didn't know the time, they were laughing, chatting, and singing so loudly that it could be heard in our room until 3 am 😒

Pluses: Nice room, lots of TV channels, kids' pool feels private because it's a bit far from the restaurant, pool ladder isn't vertical, making it grandma-friendly, breakfast highlights are the juice and coffee. Cons: The shower doesn't retract. Overall, it's very good. Will be back someday.
