I am very satisfied with this hotel, convenient location right in the center, safe and quiet hotel, spacious room, clean, fully equipped with hair dryer, hot and cold water dispenser and iron outside the lobby, if I have the opportunity to come back I still like to stay here.

Room clean, good price, convenient location, very closed to almost signature tourist points but quite annoyed due to the noise of the pump or some kind of machine.

Good for solo travel. Good location.

Room is pretty clean and worth the price. Staffs are nice and solve my problem quickly. Check in-out procedure is fast. One thing can be improved that the hotel should have the “Do not disturb” and “please make up room” sign to hang in front of the door, not everyone wants to make up room everyday.

I really like penang, so easy go to every where.
