Hot shower got problem sometime.

The new receptionist when treating customer wont even smile and I have been staying there for almost 10 years.

Hotel is ok, no air conditioning in the elevator. It's a bit hot in the elevator to get to the 8th floor. The room is clean. The bathroom is also ok. The hotel area is close to the beach, the sound of the waves is pleasant. The sea water is a bit dirty for bathing.

Satisfied with the service at this hotel because check in at 12.00 noon is already possible, the room is spacious and there is a balcony with a direct sea view in room 810. The AC is cold, the bathroom is clean although small, the food is delicious and you get orange juice. I will definitely stay here again

Sea view room. Breakfast facing the sea and swimming pool. Suitable for bringing children on vacation here. Breakfast is also ok. The service is okay and not disappointing.

Breakfast was disappointed. They don't serve any fried eggs for breakfast. The breakfast need to be improved immediately.

When I first check in, I was surprised it was a twin bed whereas I booked for a luxury single bed. I asked for what I have paid for. So had to stay in the twin bed for the night and have change the next morning.

Picturesque sea view! Their breakfast buffet was decent. Offered variety of choices but some do not fit my tastebud.

The location is super nice. I've slept hearing the sound of waves and it's really comforting.

The variety of food is not too much. The hotel's location is near the food court so it's easy to find food. Coincidentally, the air conditioner in the room we stayed in wasn't too cold.

While I enjoyed their room and nice seaview, their f&b part is worst. The bangla guy incharge coffee house is rude and no manner. Wonder how this type of hotel can let banglas handle their kitchen and coffee house. Their buffet spread also tasteless and very limited. What to expect when you let banglas incharge your kitchen rite? Hope management of this hotel can look into this problem and do something to overcome it.

Overall OK but room size is small. Need to upgrade for more pleasant view.

Very bad service booking from app. Booked kiddie room with the bed type 1 double & 1 single but when check in only got single bed. No kiddie & no double bed:(This is my first experince with the traveloka and will be the last. I'll uninstall the Traveloka Apps. Already ask the receptionist and they told me, this apps always makes the customers confuse with their booking rooms. Scammer.
