The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Mr. Denni. Thank you for your help and support during my stay. I was also very impressed by the breakfast team. On my first day, I informed them that I am lacto-intolerant, and by the next morning they had already arranged plant-based milk for me. Their attentiveness, kindness, and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel, and what stood out the most was the friendly staff—they were welcoming from the moment I arrived, greeted me with a warm attitude, and were genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They responded quickly to my questions, offered useful recommendations, and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. The hotel service was good. Unfortunately, the room service was disappointing. We ordered food and it took a long time to arrive, about an hour. We even had to call the restaurant to ask how much longer it would be. From the time the kids started bathing until they fell asleep because the food never arrived. What was even more disappointing was that the food arrived in the room cold. We ordered a milkshake with the foam from the ice cream shrinking inward, and the taste was terrible. Even the iced tea tasted like tea water. We also ordered pizza for the kids, but because it was cold, they didn't want to eat it.

Yesterday, I got free early check-in and an upgrade to an executive suite view for just an additional 150,000 Rupiah. The room was spacious. There were two TVs. There was a bathtub. There was a water dispenser in the room so you could drink as much water as you wanted. The gym was quite complete. The breakfast menu was very comprehensive. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The location is also close to everything.

From the check-in side, it took a long time, I waited 45 minutes, from 1:40 PM to 2:25 PM. From the room side, it was very nice, suites, 5 stars no doubt. Breakfast was good, but still not as good as Trans Hotel Bandung even though it is a 5-star hotel. Yes, the price is different. But near the next mall, the mall is very quiet, not crowded, so walking around the mall is not good. Food inside the mall is less varied. The location is very good, top. Cleanliness is also very good. The swimming pool seems cloudy because they often use foam, so the water is cloudy. Makes you lazy to swim, if it feels cloudy. Overall good. 8.6/10 is acceptable.
