Sorry, Amaris, but I'm really disappointed. The room key wouldn't work, so every time I entered the room I had to call the concierge. Luckily, the concierge was nice. Not only that, but the shower faucet didn't work either. It was very difficult to open and I had to call the concierge. 🥲

I stayed at this hotel last May during the long holiday for Eid al-Adha. The hotel is conveniently located near Kuta Road, making it easy to buy souvenirs and food.

The staff was welcoming and very friendly. However, the cleanliness of the hallway to the second floor was very poor. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant, damp smell, as if it had never been occupied. The room was small, and the window was very small. Hopefully, more attention will be paid to cleanliness in the future.
