Beautiful property right on the beach!

Airport shuttle from hotel to airport a whopping $100 (no thank you). They didn’t respond to any of my emails via Expedia however they were able to accommodate my request when I got to the front desk.

Loved staying here.

Outstanding, the workers, the view, and the room and so much more was above and beyond.

Perfect location for family and friends looking to spend some time at the pool or at the beach! Excellent food quality as well for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Thank you!

First time staying here and I loved the attentive staff, the wonderful facilities and the convenience of its location.

Wonderful hotel and staff. My second time staying there abd I will definitely be choosing it when I return to Guam again.

The hotel's pool and activity area is perfect for families with small children. The restaurant by the beach makes it convenient to have a nice lunch to take a break from enjoying the beach. The only thing we somewhat noticed is that the room is somewhat outdated and could use updating.

Excellent property with friendly staff overall. One point to mention is that the breakfast menu could use more variety, and it tends to get quite crowded after 9 a.m.

The property was located in a convenient area stores around the pool was okay but not what expected based on the pictures. The rooms while relatively clean are old and out dated. After the the air freshener wears off you can distinctly smell an old mildew type smell. The windows are not sound proof so you hear the streer nosie from outside and thats from the 14th floor. Overall this was a good stay but not worth the money i checked out a few other more updated hotels and will be staying at one of those in the future

Robert did an excellent job assisting me at the Front Desk. Due to my last-minute booking, I checked-in later in the evening on 07/17/25. However, Robert went above and beyond communicating with Housekeeping to ensure I did not have to wait for hours to access my room. He was very hospitable and even upgraded my room which I appreciated. Robert took the extra step while I waited in the lobby, to walk to my room and verify that the air-condition temperature was good. Robert and staff also added an oscillating fan in my room just in case I wanted it to be extra cold. My overall experience was excellent! Robert and staff deserve to be recognized for displaying the true spirit of hospitality. Thank you!

When we got our room, it was a little hot, but I assume only because it hasn’t been turned on and we just checked in at 3 o’clock in the afternoon however when we came back from dinner, it was still hot and it was 8 o’clock at night. I really do appreciate that we were upgraded to a higher floor and a bigger spacious room that really saved the night and the customer service and the front desk was really quick on their feet and really did try to help me. This is my first time here at the dusit Beach resort and I know previous before it was outrigger hotel. Basically, I did enjoy my stay at that hotel and knowing that I’m a local and I was treated with such kindness and excellent service I would return back

Staff and room were great !

Didn’t care for the breakfast buffet so on Sunday we ate at IHOP prior to checking out. Jon at the pool was awesome and so helpful since my mom was in a wheelchair. Need to make this location more handicap accessible

Checking in was hectic due to a bomb threat that occurred around check in. But we don’t hold that against the establishment. We are a family of 6 so we booked 2 rooms. We hoped for adjoining but would’ve been fine being on the same floor. Nope, 11th and 16th floor. No vouchers for the other room and family members. Staff at front desk seemed flustered when we checked in late but we did prepay for the room to save our reservation. The restaurant staff(palm cafe, beach grill) and pool staff were all very pleasant and professional. The housekeeping ladies were awesome. They were quick and efficient and also very friendly to the children. Overall great stay, next time will request specifically for adjoining rooms or same floor.

The staff didnt properly communicate and they blamed the mishap on the fact that the room was booked thru a 3rd party app like expedia.

Beautiful public areas. My room however had burnt out lightbulbs, 2 shampoo bottles and a conditioner. Housekeeping here is not consistent. But overall I stay again!
