It was a very romantic intimate stay. Paul the driver is very professional and made sure all our transportation was taken care of. Go to Maho beach and Nowhere special for live music and drinks. The room was fully equipped with a kitchen the housekeeping came every day. The only complaint was the smell from the sea moss from dawn beach but apparently it’s normal this time of year.

Very clean and spacious, staff was great and very responsive. But its on top of a hill, be prepared to do so walking

Driving the hills were unique to get to and from the hotel. I loved the comfort of the room and the views are beautiful. It's a gated community so I felt safe.

Relaxing lovely stay at the Princess Heights Hotel. We were family on vacation for 1 week. Loved the price that made the trip so affordable. renting a car was super easy and island has a main road that was easy to drive all around. The hotel is up on a mountain area with beautiful views. the room was so spacious. great ac. housekeeping was great. fresh croissants and coffee for breakfast on the balcony was a wonderful start to the day. very relaxing quiet area of st maarten. the staff is so nice and easily reachable by watsapp texting. wifi was great. beds were king size and clean and comfy. the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we needed. there's a pool we didn't get to use it but looked nice. gated area and parking by the building. there was a market for quick coffee and bite and groceries down the hill by car. overall great stay. highly recommend. Thanks Princess Heights! will be back again soon!!

I loved my stay at this property! The staff, the view, the suites, everything was great! The 2 bedroom suites were spacious and well appointed. The only drawback was there was no elevator from the main office. So we had to walk up like 7 flights to get to our room- bummer. And some nights when we were tired and just wanted to stay at the hotel- we had to leave to go eat becuse their was no on site restaurant. Other than those two things- I absolutely lover my stay and would recommend it to others!

I enjoyed the cleanliness, peace, and quiet. The balcony view was amazing. Bathroom was big and spacious. It was just an awesome vacation. Staff was very accommodating and helpful! I will definitely be back.

We took a girls trip to St. Maarten for the Soul Beach Music Festival. There were five of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations at Princess Heights. It was truly a condo, so much space and way better than a regular hotel room or suite. We cooked breakfast and ate out on the patio. We also had the pool to ourselves. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay at Princess Heights again. I read reviews before booking and I too definitely recommend getting a rental car.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this wonderful hotel has everything to check that list. Being roughly 30min from the city/crowds make this ideal for a nice vacation to those who want some peace. The hotel has everything you may need, even pots and pans so you can do everything at your own leisure. Every single person has been great and definitely made the experience a fantastic one. I couldn't wait to give this review once I stepped foot into the room and see the beauty of everything from the room to the view. We're very happy and cannot wait to come back and this might it, I don't think I want to give any other places a try. P.S seeing St. Barts from the window is bonus.

Quiet away from the crazy traffic. Clean establishment, staff are kind and considerate. Always willing to help. Beautiful huge ginormous pool. Bed was comfortable. They were even kind enough to upgrade our room at no charge. If I was to come back to St Marten I would definitely stay here again. This is located in Oyster Pond. Must try Mamas Pizza down the hill. One of our highlights was seeing a monkey run through the parking lot in the morning! I had to do a double take. Its bright and sunny at 6 am dark at 6:30 pm not like in the US. Safe travels

The staff here is amazing! They're so helpful and respond to you in a timely manner! This was our first time visiting Sint Maarten, and the staff gave us so many amazing recommendations for restaurants and excursions we could go on. The pool is pretty private, and you get an amazing view from it, and it feels great if you want to get in during the day or at night. The only problem we had was that it is on a mountain and the easier path to walk down closes at a certain time so it's a lot of walking down to the beach. ITS A VERY STEEP ROADWAY TO WALK UP AND DOWN!!! It's still a lot of walking even if you take the stairs. Renting a car is something I very much recommend. They will give you access to their other parking lots and it is so worth it. If we ever come back to Sint Maarten we will definitely be staying here again. The price is amazing for the views and amenities you get, and all of the staff here are so wonderful!

I had an amazing time! From check in to check out. It was my first time on the island and Grero was exceptional. From the time I landed he been accommodating my sister and I. Our room was beautiful and spacious. With an amazing view. The only downside was the elevators wasn’t working while we were visiting. Also the massage service is a must.

Spacious, well equipped rooms with great ocean views from balcony! Hotel is in a hilly area and property has lots of steps - could be challenging for those with mobility issues.
