Great hotel beside the Phoenixsee. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice and is included in the price. Good transport links to Dortmund and other surrounding areas. Special mention should go to the staff who were wonderful. Courteous, helpful, efficient and always with a smile.

Well located hotel right near the beautiful lake. Rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel is very noise proof and quiet when the windows are shut. Would stay again!

Second time my son and I have visited. Love the breakfast, it’s a great place to stay. The staff are considerate and helpful. There are some great restaurants nearby and the Phoenix sea makes a nice route for a run early in the morning. The bathroom doors are on rollers and let light through if that’s an issue but other than that would recommend.

The property is at a unique location; historical and beautiful surrounding lake area behind the hotel. The staff are very curious and professional.

Staff was always helpful, rooms were clean, was quite considering the number of people a the restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast as hot and food was fresh an plentiful

Ended up there in the busiest week ever in Dortmund I think Staff was lively, breakfast is an added bonus. Room was fresh, clean and I was very happy to have a comfy bed and a place to hang my hat while working in dortmund

We had an amazing experience at Hampton by Hilton Dortmund Phoenix See. All the way, from the check in right through the last day at this hotel we enjoyed our stay very much. All staff is very attentive and easy to deal with, the facilities are very new and easily accessed. Over all we rate this place 10 out of 10.

The hotel was nice but parking was expensive. The area around the hotel is also not the nicest.

The hotel is excellent so are the staff very very efficient and helpful . Breakfast was very good with an excellent variety and never running empty. Checkout very pleasant and helpfull by reconfirming our onward flight booking.
