Because Go Show uses an application on the spot/at that time, we had to wait 1 hour to be able to enter the room with the excuse that we were still waiting for the process from Traveloka.

My first experience staying here.
- Very friendly receptionist.
- Poor room cleanliness, dusty lights, broken water heater, and completely unsuitable for use. This is a 4-star hotel.
- Good pool facilities, but some of the fitness center equipment was broken. Thank you to the male pool staff for helping me with the instructions.
The room itself was dirty, with dust everywhere, not up to 4-star standards.
