I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The vibes and ambiance are absolutely wonderful—it’s the perfect place if you’re looking for a peaceful aesthetic. However, please note that the location is quite far from the city center. On the bright side, they provide a shuttle bus service to help guests get around the surrounding area. My main disappointment was the service; I found the staff to be less than friendly, which was a shame given how beautiful the property is. Great for the views, but the hospitality needs work.

The room key is hard to open because it still uses the old key and not a key card (the staff said it hasn't been renovated yet, the new one is still the old one) and there is no choice of hotel activity packages for December, so when we play we have to buy each activity unit, so the price is more expensive than the full play (Package)

The rooms are clean and comfortable, lots of games and activities can be done, the atmosphere is very pleasant, food prices are pricey and you have to pay for all games, very suitable for a family holiday.

Great room and friendly staff. Nice areas to walk both at the hotel and the entire Nirwana gardens. Getting to and from the hotel was super convenient with the free bus. The food was a bit uninspired and the Indonesian food was much better than the western (which felt more perfunctory).

Hotel prices are above 2 million but toothbrushes are not provided, the room key is still manual. For the use of wifi, 1 person is given 1 user, it's troublesome.

This accommodation looks like a picture, spacious, clean and pleasant. It's just that breakfast is too expensive for extra for children.

Location was good. I did not like the resort and their service for the price they charge for the room is totally crazy high 1. Room amenities were not there initally, and had to call the reception to make the refill. 2. Only 2 bottle of water per room, per night. I had stayed there for one night, and they had given only 2 bottles and no refills available. Extra bottles are chargable. I am not sure why they can't give water, even you though you are paying 160 USD. Horrible. Had to buy extra bottles from mini mart near, as hotel were charging double the charge. 3. Restaurants inside are worst inside. When you order for juice you would get chlorine water mixed with syrup of thr juice order. Totally waste for 5 usd. High price poor service. I been there to Bintan at different hotels, not this worst and horrible. I won't recommend anyone to go there and spend their time. Crazy looters.

Satisfying service, starting from receptionist, security to room service friendly, kind and polite, the counter at Nirwana center is also all right, not disappointed, bowling until playing billiards is often accompanied, I give AA + for Nirvana

lousy food and services and hotel looks very old

This resort already 21 years old, sea view is awsome. Friendly staff. Very quiet room. Swiming pool facing sea. Great vacation here.

Too bad booking 3 nights but having to go home on the second day and can't be refunded, the insurance company also can't do anything.

This hotel is very fitting for family recreation, because the facilities are complete there is a sea view pool, private beach with white sand, sports center there are bowling, billiards, archery, shooting, horse riding, elephant, outbound, small car ride around the resort, water sports. The room is spacious, the breakfast with varied food, but there is security that complicates the vehicle that I rent from outside. On 11 sept 2018 at 8 am I reported security in the main lobby that I would be picked up by a third-party Suzuki car rental number and the driver's name was recorded by the security. At 9 am the driver who wanted to pick me up was arrested at the outside gate was not allowed to pick me up at the hotel. What if I miss my flight? Please pay attention to nirvana security.
