It is a good hotel, not exactly 5 star standard though maybe that just used to be the rating previously. There is no "cozy hotel" smell when you walk into the lobby and room. But it is worth the price offered as room and bathroom is spacious. Hot water doesn't work so well, the water not hot enough. I also wish there is full length mirror provided in the room.

hotel has a large room, with bathub, big refrigerator, kingbed size and luxury interior. although restaurant wasn't large but it has coffea machine and nasi lemak as a routine menu. honestly, i was in doubt with hotel's lift for the first time, because it was different lift if you go to lobby, restaurant or the other exit door.

Rented 2 rooms here, 1 room for 2 adults, 1 room for 3 adults. Everything is very good both for the room or location or service, the room is luxurious, spacious, clean, cold AC. But unfortunately for the room for 3 adults the bed type is 1 king size bed, because we thought the triple room for 3 adults was 3 single beds / 1 queen + 1 different single. The guests were 3 big men, so it was not comfortable just because of the type of bed. That's the only drawback. Thanks.

Huge rooms, good breakfast, near to city centre. Great place to stay.

Good hotel facilities in the area where the road is not far

Cons: No towels by the pool. Need to go to lobby get the towel. Parking not complementary. Wi-Fi not stable and very slow. Pros: Big room with excellent bathroom.

The check-in process is long. The reception desk is often empty and there is only one person on duty. So if there are many guests, the wait is too long.

The room is nice and spacious. I requested for early check in through app during booking which was not replied at all until I arrived. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that check in time is 3pm and any early check in there will be an additional charge. I paid an additional of 70 % of the room price I purchased in Traveloka. The least they could have informed earlier so I could choose the option whether want to stay in this hotel.

A bit old but still very good hotel for such big room with bathtub and affordable price.

The hotel is not well maintained, the room smells bad. The water is yellow and not clean, the towels in the bathroom are already black. This hotel is a mess.

Good service. Air conditioner was not cold when we checked in but later after we complained to front desk they sent a technician straight away.

Overall, everything was fine. The room was large and quite clean, but the air conditioner was neither cold nor cold! It was so hot at night🥵I even slept until I woke up from the heat... It was already 16°...

Overall. Good, but in terms of cleanliness have to improved. I found hair under my bedsheet.

I didn't do proper research and didn't expect what I saw considering the photos on the Internet and reviews, which did not reflect what I saw. The hotel is not maintained, things are broken (window doesn't shut properly, taps are broken, furniture cracked, carpets untidy). The smell was not pleasant. Breakfast is average. I avoided staying in the room much. Although the price was reasonable, if I knew all the above, I'd rather pay more and stay in a different place. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Disappointed with room. So gloomy. The pillow smelly. Like very old pillow. And itchy. When I sleep on. Towel also. Very old. And brownish. Bed has worn off. Very flat. My 1st experience. With this kind of bed. Disappointed. Even I stay cheaper. Hotel. Still the bed and pillow. Nice to sleep. And smell fresh. Honestly speaking. Actually I want to check out. On the next day. To find. Others htl. But hubby said. Its OK. Just bare with it. 1 day more to go. I disappointed. Cause. Its my hubby birthday and. Our wedding anniversary.

Hotel yang nyaman, kamar luas, cuaca sejuk, tidak berisik. Puas staycation bersama keluarga.

Parking fee too pricey, 1 night at 39myr, but hotel is nice, and breakfast is okay.
