On our last day in Bali, we stayed at the Grand Istana Rama Hotel. The newly renovated room was very comfortable, the service was friendly, the parking was spacious, and the security was good, so we felt safe. The location is very strategic, right in front of Kuta Beach and right next to Beachwalk Mall. It's very convenient. If you want to go to the beach, you just have to cross the street, and if you want to go to the mall, you just have to go next door. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here.

Rama Palace is the best, the best, and the parking lot is spacious.

The swimming pool is suitable for children

Check in was very late because the flight departure was delayed several times and when called to confirm to the hotel the staff was very helpful and assured that the room was still available. The location is very good, very close to Kuta beach and shopping areas. The hotel breakfast place is comfortable to see the morning hustle and bustle of the surrounding environment. But maybe the room atmosphere needs to be renovated because it looks old. Overall, this hotel is clean and comfortable. Thank you Grand Istana Rama.

A very cool hotel that impresses with its quiet atmosphere, even though it is on the crowded Kuta Beach.

very strategic hotel.. near the city center. and to kuta beach just across the street. the hotel is comfortable and clean. ah yes.. this hotel does not use an elevator. only 2 floors. if you want to book a room below.. there is an additional 200 thousand rupiah. and this hotel is next to the beach walk mall..

I checked in on the 7th around 17:00 WITA, one of the receptionists (male) was very curt and I had already queued but foreign tourists were given priority. Disappointed with the service, it's a shame, I ask the hotel to give directions, especially to the receptionists, to provide the same service.

Got a room on the 3rd floor without a lift, the TV is still analog, not yet a smart TV

Beach front and easy access to mall.

The room was damp, the food variety was below 3 stars, and the car that picked me up had to take a ticket and stamp it, which did not comply with the hotel policy shown by the manager, which states that you are only given a ticket, no back and forth stamps are allowed.
