When checking in, I registered my vehicle number, but when I tapped to park, I still had to pay.

The staff was very friendly and the room is very spacious and clean. They have kids activity on weekend near the swimming pool.

Got the best price from app, including five meals: afternoon tea, dinner, mocktail night, breakfast, and lunch. Big thanks to The Ritz-Carlton for extending all the Club Lounge benefits to my 8 & 5 y.o childs for free. Everything was great, and the kids were super happy. This kind of support really makes a staycation enjoyable.

Best hotel and I will definitely stay again

From arrival to departure, everyone was well served by the staff there, all smiling. The food was varied and delicious.

The overall experience was superb, the facilities were great, and the staff was nice and friendly.

Everything is very good, the service is good, I needed an HDMI cable and borrowed it from the hotel and it turned out they looked for it for me, very good. Highly recommend staying here 👌

Satisfied, comfortable, enjoyable (room 2015) and the hotel staff is very good: thanks to Mr. Maurizio, pool staff Mr. Malik, Mr. Ismu, Mrs. Hilda, HK staff Mr. Yoga, Dimi, Dody, Restaurant Staff Christian, Vincent, Kezia etc. that I can't mention,, maintain the service 👍👍 A bit disturbed and woke up while sleeping at half past 1 am, the next room was chatting and noisy, had called the FO, but the noisy voices were still heard until 2 am,, the address is lack of sleep,, please things like this can be handled immediately so that guests can rest peacefully 🫶🏻 Thanks for all 💙

All the staff was friendly and communicative. My son slept one hour before we check out. Ten minutes before time to check out, I call them and asked permission to late check out. The call centre allowed us until 1 PM. Around 1 PM, the receptionist call us again to make sure about our check out, and I told them that before I already asked permission about that. It turns out the receptionist allowed my son to slept more. Thank you for allowing us late checked out as well their understanding about this convience. We will definitely come back for sure! ❤️

Short family staycation in Ritz. Great experience, with many compliment given. Fast check in/out, upgraded room with club lounge access, spacious room with twin king size bed, and warmth service from housekeeping.
