Maintenance needs to be improved, especially the cleanliness of the carpets in the rooms and hallways.
Dust on the furniture also needs to be addressed (wiped).

The staff is friendly, I booked a deluxe room but when I checked in I was informed that the deluxe rooms were sold out and they were replaced with executive rooms without any additional costs, very solution-oriented, just walk to Malioboro, the food is quite good, hopefully it can be improved again

cool for the sunan hotel even though the hotel is old in my opinion but it is still well maintained so there is no horror aura 😍
super complete food is satisfying not confused because there are many choices all delicious 👌👏🏻
the children's swimming pool is happy because it is according to their wishes big 👍
