The place is quite nice and the food is quite filling. Unfortunately, there's no free room upgrade.

Dear management. We stayed in rooms 511, 512, and 514. Room soundproofing needs attention... noise from other rooms is very audible, especially in the bathroom. Bathroom amenities need to be checked again... some rooms have hand soap and some do not. Shower gel is not available. Unlike our previous room located in front of the swimming pool. There was no final check from the supervisor. Otherwise, it was very satisfying. We have stayed here for the second time. And if we holiday in Lovina again, we will definitely stay here again. Please pay attention to the small details again... thank you to all staff.

This is a comfortable hotel. The breakfast is decent. However, for those who don't like dogs, it might be a bit of a nuisance because the stray dogs roam the breakfast area, even occasionally daring to approach you.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the kids can swim in the pool near their rooms. Good job 🙏

Staying here is very comfortable, with clean rooms and a nice swimming pool. Quick access for those planning to watch dolphins, as it's close to the Dolphin Center.

Overall, the hotel is very good! Easy access, ample parking, friendly and very responsive staff, and delicious food with a wide variety. My bad experiences included a stagnant bathroom (eventually, the staff helped), a broken pool light (though the staff tried to fix it, but it still didn't work). And the worst part was a rat crawling through the ceiling in my room. I asked the hotel staff for help, and they immediately came, but they couldn't do anything. As a result, I had a nervous sleep, afraid of the rat, and sure enough, the rat came back in the middle of the night. The room should have been checked for any damage. Also, check the holes in the ceiling to prevent animals from getting through. The rat crawling through the ceiling was a really bad experience.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel environment is also beautiful.

Our family has stayed at Sunari 4 times, very satisfied.

Stayed in the Premier Room, the building is a bit old-fashioned but the room is great and very clean, very comfortable staying here. The hotel is spacious, green because of the many gardens and trees, nice lobby, outdoor swimming pool, nice beach view, the staff are all friendly overall, but only 1 female staff in the restaurant who was on duty during breakfast hours was a bit indifferent and grumpy when we reported our room and entered the restaurant. But overall this hotel is highly recommended and I want to come back to stay there again

This was a perfect quick stop, refreshing in the giant pool they have before sailing to meet the dolphins right from there. Food was good and the service really good. Shout out to the students doing their apprenticeship there, they were the best and really worked hard to make sure everything worked, so don't forget to tip them well!

A very pleasant hotel, beautiful surroundings and access to the beach, even though it is near the beach, the environment around the hotel is very shady, lots of trees and flowers, and thank you New Sunari for your attention, booked a deluxe room and was upgraded to a premium room for free
