The room too small, I book for 2 adult and 1 child but no additional pillow or amenities. They don't clean up the room and never take out trash event we put the sign on the door handle. So everytime we get back to our room, we should call front desk for towel, trash, new amenities and water. The staff are nice, location near bus stop, but no MRT amd no food stalls around it, so we should walk to nearest mall for eat.

The hotel was great, shops and buses at the front door, the hotel staff were great and met all my needs. I asked to move to a bigger room and they sorted that out with no issues.

The room was decent, but the shower water leaked a little bit making me hear the sound of water drops every single time during my stay. Otherwise, it 's quite a decent place to stay especially if you spend most of the time traveling around the city.

Quiet good for a budget hotel, room was clean, no bad smell. But room is a bit small especially the bathroom 😂, but still find it reasonable for a one night stay. MRT station so far away, nearest is bus stand, so need to take buses.

Although the room is a bit small and has poor soundproofing, lack of hooks, lack of drying space and no slippers, but the location is extremely stable. Right at the bus station, so you can go all over the world. near the diverse food area: Chinese, Indian, Sing all. Friendly staff and what you need is available

Near to the Halal food restaurant which is super tasty and standard cheap price. Can get the bus just in front of the hotel across the street, room has water heater, hairdryer etc, not sure in normal season how much the room rate it but in the pick season it's little bit not worthy.
