The staff is friendly and very enthusiastic to carry your luggage to your room. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the luxurious, clean rooms. The buffet breakfast has a full range of delicious and complete Western and Asian dishes.

I'm really sorry for the damp, smelly room, there were fine red worms in the toilet when I took a shower, I took a shower wearing sandals, I really don't recommend it, think again if you want to check in here.

When I go to Jakarta, I always stay here, it's nice and comfortable, easy to find food, and there's lots of entertainment.

It's a shame this hotel doesn't seem to be maintained. I got a room at the end of the hallway quite far from the elevator, with lots of black mold or maybe leaks that were only patched with paint instead of replacing them with new items. The service is very bad, only got 1 soap when I came to wash my hands, no soap and shampoo. I had requested it since the night before but it wasn't given, I called the FO several times but the items didn't arrive in the room. I only arrived at check out time, even though I only requested extra towels, liquid soap and a doormat and I called from the night before I got to the room, I thought it was 10:45 while check out had to be at 11. Imagine I paid almost 900 thousand for a room that wasn't ready and wasn't good, even the television remote had a low battery, even the bathroom mat had to be requested. So my room was wet all night because there was no doormat

Always happy and enjoy staying at the Grand Kemang Hotel because it is a big room and many foods and restaurants around.

Strategic location, although the building is old, it is well maintained. Access to the rooms is inconvenient, like a maze.

I enjoyed staying here, but unfortunately, there were no amenities like towels at the swimming pool. And the shower in the changing room seemed neglected. It was dark and stuffy. The water in the children's pool was murky and dirty. It's a shame. Please pay attention. Thank you.

4 star hotel with very satisfying service and facilities

Been here a dozen years ago because I was invited by a friend, now intentionally staying. At the front desk, they immediately shot me "only smoking room available, there's 1 left, no more available even twin beds" When I entered the 3rd floor, the lobby smelled really bad of cigarettes, when I entered the room it was even worse. I was covered in smoke.. You know what a room that is often used for smoking will be like, and then I have to sleep huhu The water heater works perfectly, the kettle is broken and can't be used, there is a mini bar that also works but it's just basic. Breakfast is on the 1st floor next to the pool, all the menus are delicious! Shredded chicken is my favorite 😍
