Hotel location is good. Check-in and cleaning staff were nice. Hotel breakfast definitely needs a lot of improvement; lack of variety, food tastes bland, and the majority are not even warm nor hot. Restaurant service staff won’t offer any service unless you ask them directly. The hotel is generally old but maintained. Bathrooms need more cleaning; mould is all over the sink and shower area.

Stayed for 2 nights. Because there was a relative's wedding here. Intending to avoid any hassle, so I stayed here. The event started, everyone came down and asked for it to be tidied up. After the event, when I returned to the room, the room was still a mess. Okay, I thought because there were so many guests, there wasn't time. We left the hotel to walk around and arrived back at 6:00 PM and it still hadn't been tidied up. How can you stay for 2 nights without a cleaning SOP for the second night? Not recommended.

It was a pleasant stay. The rooms are quite spacious and have bathtubs. The activities for kids are also quite engaging, along with a large swimming pool. The breakfast food was delicious and had a wide selection.

Staff is very friendly. Facilities are good. I like their gym. Cleanliness is okay, but it can be improved because there's a small trash from previous guests that was left behind when I came in. The room that I stayed in is very nice, I guess it's a suite. It has everything. But if you book a standard room, there is no TV cable. Pay attention to non-smoking rooms; sometimes they have a leak and the room will smell like a smoking room. Overall, I will still come back again for my next visit.

My stay at the Menara Peninsula Hotel was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and responsive. The food was delicious, and it was very close to the city center. Booking was always done using the Traveloka app; it was easy and fast, and there were always promotions.

Everything was top-notch, from the rooms and food to the friendly staff, even the security guards. The breakfast was excellent, with a noodle station. The suite room was incredibly spacious and satisfying.

I desperately needed help, but the male receptionist was incredibly rude. I was there to pay for my stay, not to beg. The receptionist is the first impression a customer makes when they arrive. If they're rude from the moment they arrive, it's already a bad experience for them. I'd like to point out that the receptionist could be friendlier in the future. Overall, my stay here was comfortable, especially since the location is strategic.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Jakarta. Since this trip was a staycation, I was pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained the property is. I especially loved its charming vintage atmosphere, which can be felt throughout the hotel—from the elegant lobby and hallways to the beautifully designed room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. I booked the Studio Room, which came with two TVs, a nice bonus. The bathroom was spotless, and both the bathtub and separate shower were excellent. The hot water was reliable and worked perfectly throughout my stay. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including Indonesian and Western cuisine, so there was something for everyone. Most importantly, every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and helpful from check-in to check-out, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. One thing to note is that the hotel requires a refundable IDR 200,000 deposit upon check-in, which is returned during check-out.

I've stayed here several times. The service is always excellent, prioritizing customer requests.

The staff was very friendly and had flexible check-out times. Breakfast was mediocre. The buffet catering menu at the ballroom event I attended lasted two days and two nights, and the same menu was available for breakfast on both days. The variety should be increased in the future.
