The rooms are clean and the food is delicious. Booking through the app is cheaper than booking directly at the hotel. I booked through the app for 563,000 rupiah, while the original price was 1,200,000 rupiah.

I got a room on the 21st floor. It was clean, but the toilet was new and the sheets had stains, as if they hadn't been used for a long time.

Good hotel, room comfortable. Room clean but the corridors need some cleaning. It was not quiet during the stay but okay. Staff very nice! Breakfast good but overpriced. Good for a short stay. They charge parking for taxis while dropping the clients!

The overall experience was quite good. The room quality was very satisfactory: the air conditioning was very cool, the refrigerator worked well, the room was spacious, and the hot water was stable. However, there were some issues with the public facilities. Elevator waits were quite long, trolleys lacked access to the parking area, making carrying luggage inconvenient, and technicians were quite slow to respond when the TV remote stopped working. Operational improvements are needed, but room comfort remains a major positive.
