Rooms are ok... Food has many choices.

peninsula tower for a comfortable staycation, an old hotel with spacious rooms and facilities that are not available in comparable hotels today, it's just old.... check-in was ok, assisted by staff mba Rika, the other staff were also very helpful, it's just a pity, it's like "grateful" to still be working rather than being laid off due to reduction or termination of contract but their hospitality is still very good, thank you gentlemen, spacious room with living room, bathroom with bathtub and toilet room too, wardrobe area, and the carpeted hotel is very comfortable, not noisy and the feel is different..... unfortunately for 3 days 2 nights there was no sound of the vacuum from the lobby to the room, when will it be cleaned 😢 just accept the condition of the hotel which is less luxurious, there are many closed areas that are not active, it's a shame if it can be utilized as functional and viral spaces, it would be great, the bf food is standard and more ordinary, nothing left a mark, no need in review.....the only thing that makes me want to go back is just the room and the facilities inside, the s.pool is also nice btw it's not chlorine, it's nice to stay for a long time, it's just cool, you can go at night too.....the handle is Singapore, this is a peninsula, hopefully there will be improvements in the future, always success

I've stayed here several times and it's never been disappointing. Although it's an older hotel, the cleanliness, ambiance, and friendliness remain the same. The food is varied and delicious. The only disappointment is the secure parking provided by a third party. Pick-up or online cars are charged within 5 minutes. After receiving information, you have to register your car number first to park for free. Maybe this is a reminder for online users; if you enter the hotel, prepare extra small change for the driver.

There was no wifi password but the order stated free wifi, the windows were dirty, there was no refrigerator

The hotel is standard, like most 4-star hotels. I got a non-smoking room on the 15th floor, but internet access was not allowed. When I reported it to the operator, they said they would follow up, but when I checked out the next day, there was still no internet connection, even though I desperately needed it.
