Thank you for the good experience staying here, and I was very impressed with the helpful service from the reception/reservation staff, Sherly, who was very humble and friendly. This is my third stay, but this time I felt uncomfortable because of the warning that swimming is prohibited in long swimming trunks and only allowed to wear swimming shorts...very weird.

The service is fast and the hotel staff are friendly.

When check-in is full, it would be better if there was a special line for mothers carrying toddlers or pregnant women.

The hotel was comfortable. There was always entertainment at the pool every week, which kept the kids entertained. However, the cleanliness of the sheets and pillowcases was lacking. They smelled a bit musty and had dirty spots.

From the experience of the previous week, the wifi was the problem and for the second time this was still the problem and the check in time was very long, having to wait until 15.00 and the queue was extraordinary.

Only the wifi that I really can't enjoy in this hotel maybe because it's under maintenance or something

First staycation at Horison Ultima, good & friendly service, strategic location & close to MM, decent size room & clean, only the bathroom is narrow or because there is a bathtub, the bathroom door is also starting to rust, the room AC is not cold enough, the wifi signal is also not good, it often disappears. The swimming pool is quite large & there are games on Sundays. Breakfast has quite a variety of menus. Check-in time is only very long at 3, check-out is at 12. Overall okay, thanks.

A very pleasant stay with my dearest friends. The hotel is directly adjacent to the mall. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our greeting card request was also granted. The room was clean, although I experienced a few scary incidents, but overall, it was okay. Thank you, Horison.

It's a good idea to install an exhaust fan in the bathroom. It can dry out wet floors without having to call the cleaning staff.
