Was not the room I booked, mouldy smell, air con rattled, the shower shot the wall and roof and not us. And then wouldn’t refund when I decided to leave. Someone upstairs kept banging their door all night. Rock hard beds.

Very nice experience to stay in the hotel.

Book a room at The Rani Hotel, but when checking in was transferred to Bali Rani Hotel with the reason that it was full. Very disappointed when transferred. Moreover, at Bali Rani Hotel got a room with a floor that was still wet and a damp and sticky bed.

It was very pleasant to stay at this hotel. We and our family are very satisfied with the service. Three star hotel five star hotel service. Highly recommended hotel for families.

The rooms are spacious. But the bed, spring bed, pillows are no longer comfortable to use (hard not soft). It seems like it's old so it needs updating again so that hotel guests can sleep comfortably. The color of the bed sheets is also dull. The swimming pool is nice, can be used for children to swim. The place is clean.

Friendly and nice staff. Limited car parking. Very strategic location. Recommend for GIT or FIT

The room setting was nice and spacious. But it was a bit old, some things in the bathroom didn't work properly. Breakfast was great. The location is great, close to the airport, shopping malls and restaurants.

Left my slippers at the hotel and it lost.

An old hotel that still exists, hopefully the hotel's maintenance and services can be improved. Especially regarding the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel which is urgently needed. The staff is friendly and responsive.

3 Hari stay di sini sebelum plg ke Jakarta dapet upgrade kamar sayang bed nya twin karena saya stay dengan suami jadi kurang nyaman tidur di bed masing² depan kamar pool sarapan kurang banyak variasinya semua staff ramah ada 1 hari TV trouble jaringan jadi g bisa nonton tv.

Hotelnya nyaman, kamarnya besar-besar cocok untuk keluarga yang bawa anak. Kolam renang nya bersih, semua Staff ramah dengan senyuman yang tulus dan selalu siap membantu. Reception Pak Gusti Agus Darma baik banget👍, Ibu Sulasih, Ibu kikik, Ibu Asih, Ibu Suwarni dan Adi (training) semuanya Sangat membantu sekali untuk saya dan keluarga saat menginap di sana. Cozy and clean old hotel, okay location, needs attention to bathroom sanitation

Nyaman, bersih, seru, stafnya ramah.

Stayed here from June 8 to June 11 2023, were welcomed and got a floor room. 4 until I opened the room door it smelled of cigarette smoke in the room and had time to inform the officer and the info was that he wanted to be sprayed. Breakfast has many choices, there is a swimming pool and strategic location.

The hotel is good, the service is also okay. Maybe because it was too crowded, there were no mats and toiletries in the room, such as toothbrushes, etc.

Wajib ke Bali nginep di sini enak, bersih deket kemana-mana.

Menginap di sini sangat nyaman, stafnya ramah-ramah.
