The hotel is strategically located near Bandung Station and Paskal Mall. This is an old hotel with only a few upgrades. The room amenities are still standard, and the lighting is dim, making the hotel feel dim. Furthermore, at 5 a.m., the lights in the hallway are turned off, making it very dark and spooky.

Our first room were dirty and smelly, so we upgraded to executive room, which located in 1st floor, better but still weren’t clean enough. There were dust at the table outside the bathroom and there were no table around the bed, for the price, maybe we deserved better. The only good things were the parking lot was spacious and the location is very strategic at the center of the city. Even you can go walking to paskal hyper square

Late check-in, friendly and helpful front desk staff, and quick processing. Slippers weren't provided in the room. The hotel environment was quite quiet and clean. The swimming pool water needs to be cleaned, and the ping-pong facilities are outdated. Overall, a pleasant stay at the Mutiara Hotel.

Mutiara Hotel is a great place to stay near Cuangki Station and other culinary spots. It's always busy with dine-in or takeout, a great place to rest after city tours, join in on city events, and enjoy family gatherings. GrabFood and GoFood are available, as are travel options to city attractions. Taxis, GoJek, and Grab are available. It's a great hotel for business trips when visiting Bandung. The hotel staff is very friendly, the room request for elderly customers is fulfilled, the hotel location is strategic and there is a lot of food, highly recommended to stay here.

Spacious room, clean bathroom, close to the station, car cleaned, clean swimming pool and even though it is on the side of the road but the atmosphere is calm. Next time if I have the fortune and go to Bandung again, I want to come here again.

clean hotel, quite comfortable in the city center

We checked in at night, and it didn't take long for us to get a room. The room was quite spacious and clean. It's just that the room facilities such as TV and wifi were not functioning properly. Every morning there were staff cleaning the cars of guests who were staying. The security was also quick to help every time a guest wanted to enter or leave the hotel. The location of the hotel is close to Bandung station, so it is easy to reach for those who don't bring private vehicles. Oh yes, for those who don't use breakfast, don't worry because there are many food vendors around the hotel or those who are hungry at night, just cross the street in front of the hotel, there are many food and beverage sellers.

The hotel is clean, the car wash is really good, it's in the city center, near Kartika Sari, near Ampera restaurant, it's just a shame the price of the martabak is really expensive hahaha
