I was very satisfied with the facilities provided, and it was close to everywhere, even though my house is behind the hotel, but I still stayed at Horison. Thumbs up for Horison.

The hot water takes a while to come out, but don't worry, it's flowing after 10 minutes... It would be even better if there was an electrical outlet on the bedside table, which can also be added. The photos in this app can be updated according to the latest conditions so that the picture is real.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is clean and fragrant, especially the bathroom. I will stay again if I go to Makassar.

Overall, it's good. I give it a 3 for room comfort and cleanliness. When I first arrived, I noticed the bed cover hadn't been replaced by the previous occupant. It still had lipstick marks that looked fresh. So, we asked the housekeeping team to replace the bed cover. The hotel responded quickly to our complaint. Hopefully, this type of service can be further improved in the future.

All the hotel staff are friendly, the check-in and check-out process is not complicated at all. The rooms are clean and nice.

The soundproofing in the room was very bad, loud noises from next door were clearly audible, there was knocking on the connecting door in the middle of the night, the toilet smelled bad, the room furniture was bad, the female staff who served us on October 23rd was very rude.
