Todo está muy bien , los baños un poco antiguos pero en general todo muy bien , la chica de los masajes es una maga me quito el dolor del nervio ciático , lo único poco mal es que se escucha mucho cuando tienes huéspedes enseguida .

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Make sure you bring lots of insect spray and you must have a vehicle. There are no dishes, coffee maker or utensils in the room but the restaurant is amazing! Thanks to Manuel!

Clean and comfortable

Terrible beds, no amenities. No hand or face towels unless you book a Jr Suite. Poor maintenance-could not close the front door. Fantastic location but management of property is poor.

It is nice and clean overall but I did not realized there is absolutely nothing around. If you are looking for a place to completely disconnect book here, but if you are looking for night life or little shops to walk to don’t stay here since everything is very far away and not a lot of transportation available.

This property was discounted and well worth the money. The private beach with chairs and service throughout were great. The restaurant was good and cheaper than USA prices. I would suggest stopping at a grocery store in Progresso before going to the hotel as it is a 40 minute drive to Progresso and Uber is limited. The hotel arranged a last minute taxi to the airport(Gracias Daniel) after the Uber cancelled. The rooms are a bit outdated but the super price and friendly staff made up for that. I will definitely stay again.

Rooms outdated. No hot water. Messy beach area. Got sick from restaurant food with no other options around. Drinks extremely water downed. Left after 2 nights.

The property and almost all the personnel were amazing! The people at the front desk were fantastic! Only one waiter was extremely rude, without explaining the menu to us, after we ordered and got our food at the table, we called him to ask about the breakfast package and he categorically said to us that he wasn’t going to change the order just because I didn’t know what the breakfast package included. I was so mad that I didn’t want to leave a tip but my wife asked me to leave something. However, his actions were enough for us to not go back to their restaurant. Leaving a bad review just because of one person may not be fair to everyone else but, he disservice us so bad that I would never go back there ever again.

The hotel has a beautiful beach (water shoes recommended). There is no much around, which is nice, but that means there are not many options to dine/eat out. Food/drinks prices are expensive. The pool itself was nice and clean. However, dirty plates and cups were left overnight in all common areas at the beach and pool. The service is quite bad and very slow. The hotel hosts cruise guests (once/twice a week), so some days might be overcrowded. In general, the hotel is ok if you do not have high expectations (nice beach, nice pool, very basic rooms).

Little did we know that this property hosts day escursions from cruse ships that transforms their peacfuly pools just outside your room into a spring break like pool party with obnoxious partiers and even a DJ blasting music all day. Combine that with full size diesel tour busses and taxi vans jaming up the parking area, and it's a horrible experience. Also had to go tell manamement about druken noisy partiers at the pool after the pool was closed. They acted like they had no idea although you could hear the yelling and screaming througout the entier property, including the open are reception office. You've been warned. Also, just FYI-- the suites with kitchens are not equipped with ANYTHING. They bring you two little water bottles with room service and that's it. No coffee make, no hair dryer, and no AC is the living area... only the bedroom. I would NEVER return to this place.

I have stayed at this hotel (located between Chicxulub Puerto and Telchac Puerto) on several occasions over the last 10-12 years. It has improved over the last time I was there. It has a better restaurant. The WiFi is spotty. The TP roll holder and the kitchen sink faucet were loose. The beds are comfortable. It's charming, nice and quiet.

Hotel bonito, el persona es muy amable, servicial y facilitan las cosas para una buena estancia. Por otro lado, el restaurante (en si los platillo dejan mucho qué desear). La habitación estuvo bien con excepción de las camas (están muy duras, desperté con dolor de espalda). En general el fue buena mi experiencia pero hay camino para mejorar por el bien de sus clientes.

Excellent location

Beautiful tropical paradise escape. Clean rooms, pillows are hard, but the beach is gorgeous that you don't mind the hard pillows.
