There was no security staff alert to direct new guests who wanted to park to check in, so we looked for parking ourselves. Just checked in, went straight to the toilet, there was a small cockroach. Booked a deluxe double bed river view room, there was no table and chair and no river view, the view was asbestos hotel ckck. Because I checked in at night at 9 o'clock, so there was no view from the room window, and I only realized when it was morning that there was no good view from my hotel room. The room floor was slippery and sticky as if mopped but without water. So even the soles of the hotel slippers were black. The TV was old analog, not supported by smart TV, so Netflix and chill were not available in the room 🙂 The hotel room hallway smelled really musty. I wanted to quickly go to my room when I was in the hallway because it was so humid in the hallway. For a standard breakfast, the menu was not very varied. 4-star hotel standards, please improve the quality and facilities.

The HK staff were less than friendly. The room was full of small cockroaches, and every time I entered, it smelled. The corridors smelled musty and the carpet was damp. The room was filled with loud music from the rooftop bar every night.

In my opinion, why not just provide a dispenser in each room? Not just outside. Because those who usually get mineral water now don't get it.

The AC is not cold, it has been serviced but it is still not cold and they did not give us a change of room, the terrace door is broken and it is not fixed, the shampoo is not finished, they have called and it is still not brought

I only spent one night, but I was impressed with the comfort of the hotel. I didn't have time to explore more, so I'll stay again next time.

This is the first time I got a superior room but didn't get any chairs at all in the room, ended up eating on the floor. Several times I've booked hotels in Tangerang, Serang, Pekalongan, etc., I've never found a room without chairs, there's no table either, Even if it's just a superior room, even a 2/3 star model or below Pakons always has a table and chairs even though it doesn't have to be good, in D*pr*ima hotels, even superior rooms aren't significantly superior, the facilities are the same as the deluxe ones, only twin beds are put together, the rest are all the same. For input on the hotel, how come guests are told to eat on the floor, what does it feel like to put food on the floor, for those who want to book here, skip the superior room, at least deluxe only gets chairs and a table 😬

We arrived at the hotel at 1:40 PM and weren't allowed to enter our room and had to wait until 2:00 PM. There's a 100,000 IDR deposit. There was a slight issue with breakfast. The app stated breakfast for 3 people (2 adults + 1 child). The food wasn't very tasty, and there weren't many options. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. Thank you.

The hotel is strategically located near the city center and has lots of food, but the hotel facilities are very poor, especially the rooftop area is poorly maintained and the swimming pool is very dirty. This is the umpteenth time staying at this hotel, it used to be very good but now it has declined and has not improved, including the staff is not very friendly, usually in other hotels the staff always greets and when using the elevator always prioritizes guests. Hopefully it can be improved and become better, thanks.

Stayed here for 4 days, the room was nice and clean, the service was also okay, but I don't know why it was noisy every night because of the music on the rooftop, I don't know what kind of music I wanted to move rooms from the first night but the room was full, they said the last night the music was really loud until 5 o'clock after dawn, I suggest if you take a room, don't take a top floor
