Had to cut my trip 2days early (89 y/o mom issues). Expedia tried to reach the hotel but no answer. I finally got through. No empathy with the general manager, Mona and no refunds for the 2days. Both the Delta Airline and Sixt car rental had no problem allowing for the change and didn’t charge me for 2days. Disappointing and unlikely I will book with Sleep Inn or any Choice Hotels again.
