The room you booked is usually a favorite for business trips with two single beds for two people. You checked in around 3:11 PM and wanted to upgrade at around 6:35 PM. Of course, we charged an additional fee and it has been agreed to by you as a guest. The additional fee we charged was only for an extra bed. WIFI at the time of your stay was not experiencing any problems. If you log in to WIFI correctly, you should be able to connect properly. We apologize if you had a different experience.
