The food is delicious and the prices are very affordable, the staff is friendly.

Quite interesting and the facilities are okay.

Enough as a budget hotel just to rest for 1-2 nights. Lack of storage space for goods/clothes. The cleanliness of the bathroom and bed should be considered again. It looks less well maintained with stains on the sheets, water crust, even spider webs in the corner of the bathroom. Is it the effect of early check-in? Or because local guests rarely use it, toilet paper is not given new.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, what I like about this hotel is its strategic location, close to everywhere.

Got charged 50 thousand in cash when I wanted to check in, even though it was already past 12 noon.

Staying here is nice, close to everywhere, close to the city center, finding food is very easy, the food is delicious, basically if you go to Lombok again you have to stay at Citilike. Recommended.

the place is strategic for looking for food.. there are many places to eat along the road near the hotel..

Hopefully in the future the cleanliness of the toilet will be taken care of. The smell is very disturbing

The hotel is good for that price, but the problem is the bad wifi, plus the bad signal on the 1st floor, plus there are no drinks. There are drinks, but you are asked to get them yourself in a gallon, but it doesn't seem hygienic because the kettle has never been washed. In my opinion, it's better to just use regular bottled water, it's more sterile

good, quite clean, using the card to enter the room is cool. I've stayed here for the 4th time, but there's not enough water to shower. if I have a bowel movement and brush my teeth, then in the morning I take a shower using a water spray for that bowel movement. alx bnr2 gda water out of the shower.

The receptionist was rude, ordered a superior room but got a regular one with twin beds, Bad Service.

Leaking from the toilet bowl so that the water stagnates and smells bad.

It's pretty cheap here, too bad the wifi is so bad it doesn't reach the bottom floor of the hotel and breakfast is delivered using a wifi box to the room at 7:30 am, it's time to go to work. Try eating breakfast at the cafe if there is one.

This is the first time staying at this hotel, July 2024. Every service has its advantages and disadvantages. Advantages: Even though the check-in application says it's at 14.00, I checked in at 13.40, which is fine, because there are hotels in Mataram that have to be at 14.00, the staff is friendly, strategic location, one area with Jani Jiwa coffee and stall +62, water Drinks are available in the hotel area. Disadvantages: I got a room where if you wanted access to electricity you couldn't turn it on straight away, the fuse had to be turned off first before turning it on, the bathroom smelled, the toilet cover was loose, there were lizards in the AC, no tissue available.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, cold AC, smooth hot water but don't be satisfied, always continue to improve the quality.

Please provide freshener for blankets and sheets. So it doesn't smell like the cloth hasn't dried yet.

Got room 112, the condition of the room was really damp so it smelled, the sheets didn't look like they had been replaced, there were lots of big red ants in the room, I called the hotel staff, they cleaned them but they appeared again. The bathroom smells and there is an overflow 😭

The hotel staff is very friendly, the best 🫶.
