1. The room is very spacious, can accommodate up to 30 people for family events or mini gatherings. 2. The kitchen facilities are quite complete plus we can grill there. 3. The water in the bathroom above is very slow, the hot water doesn't work. Only 1 toilet has the hot water function. 4. Several carpets are available, extra beds/single beds if there is not enough mattress. 5. Cleanliness needs to be paid more attention. Especially the back area/not maintained, the grass is high. Likewise the front area. 6. The location is quite strategic from Cipanas. The view around the villa is okay. 7. His brother was quite ready to help.

I stayed there for only 1 day, actually the place is nice, it's just that there doesn't look like a gazebo garden, fish pond, kitchen, TV to sound system and dispenser there are 2 but the hot water doesn't work while in the area where hot water is needed for To drink, we have to boil water first to drink coffee or tea and for untreated gas, when we turn it on, the smell of gas is pungent. For sound it also doesn't work so just input it to pay more attention to the equipment there then to book here only 1 room is available for 2 people while they have 3 rooms if I order 3 homestay rooms it doesn't come out I think I really have to order 1 room 2 people with the price is almost the same as other applications, so when I ordered it, it turned out that it was all wrong, please improve it even more so it doesn't disappoint those who want to stay overnight.
