A strategic and clean place, it's comfortable to stay here. The only thing is a plug hiding under the bed maybe it can be fixed, for a clean bathroom 👍🏻.

Room facilities include a bathroom in which there is a choice of warm water, only the shower cannot be used because it is jammed. Towels are also available, but you have to bring your own soap, shampoo and so on. In the cupboard there are hangers available, some are not, the mat also doesn't seem like it was just replaced because it's a bit wet. TV is also available but cannot be turned on because it cannot catch digital broadcasts. The application states that extra benefits can check in and check out late for free 2 hours, but after being confirmed with the receptionist you can't and must check out no later than 1 o'clock.

The shower cannot be used, the bathroom door is broken, there is no lock, no drinking water, no brush and toothpaste either.

Sesuai dengan harganya, kamar seadanya tapi luas. Ada bercak darah di spring bed tapi ga masalah karena memang udah mengering lama. Air panas berfungsi normal. Wifi pun oke (walaupun sering ilang-ilangan). Ga ada sabun mandi yang disediakan ya.

All local TV channels and pictures are crunchy but the wifi is pretty fast and stable and if you use xl the network is relatively stable too. Good lighting, bright and clean room. Cleanliness is very good, deserves a thumbs up. The floors and tables are clean. Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are clean and fragrant. The room has a slight lemon scent and no strange smells. But even though my assessment of the overall cleanliness is very good, there is 1 significant downside, namely on the first night there was 1 cockroach that came out of nowhere (probably from the cupboards under the mattress) roaming the room which I had to chase and step on with sandals alone, but before that I stepped on its dreadful egg pod. Please solve the cockroach problem, it's a shame because actually for me the room is nice and comfortable. The AC works pretty well. The brand again, has an ai mode feature, so just set it to that mode and if you want it to be really cold, just point it to -2, if you want the temperature to be right, just set it to 0 or 1 depending on your needs, so convenient. The location is near the royal plaza, so there are lots of people selling various kinds of food, especially if you use online food service, and it's relatively close to everywhere. The staff is friendly. Sharia homestay so no unmarried couple, no alcohol = no dangerous aggressive drunk, no gambling, no weapons, and others. The staff is very disciplined in ensuring that so in addition to being economical, I also feel safe while staying there.

Di foto ada air mineral, pasta dan sikat gigi ternyata di sana tidak dikasih. Kamar bau, kamar mandi juga bau. Bed ada bercak noda darah selebihnya ac dingin.

The bedrooms are comfortable, clean and fragrant. There is smooth Wifi, TV, cold AC, wardrobe, dressing mirror. The bathroom is clean, there are towels, unfortunately the shower doesn't work but overall it's very satisfying according to the price
