First time trying to stay here. The hotel is located behind the BSI Slipi Campus, and near the Slipi Jaya mall. At night, there are many snacks outside the hotel complex. Hotel facilities include a swimming pool, mini zoo, pantry. The mezzanine room type, there is a small staircase to climb to bed. The room atmosphere is quiet because it is inside the complex. But for the sound of footsteps and the sound of conversations from outside the room can still be heard. I tried a cheap room, the mattress was hard but I still slept soundly. The ceiling of the mattress is plywood. The AC is not cold enough, only blowing air, because the AC position is facing the wall, not towards the bed. Some of the TVs can't be turned on. The bathroom is clean, okay. The towels that aren't white are not a problem

Sorry, but the stars aren't full🙏🏻 + There's a swimming pool + There's a mini gym - The towels aren't the standard white hotel towels; the green ones look dirty and faded. - When we arrived, the weather was quite hot, but the hotel elevator's AC was always turned off, making it even more stifling. - The TV sometimes went out, so I had to call the hotel staff. - The bathroom wasn't very clean. - The mattress was hard, not soft, and the springs felt a bit tight. For the price of 350,000 Rupiah, I don't think it's worth it because many of the facilities need improvement.

Good value for money. Japanese style accommodation. There is also a swimming pool. It was good. For those staying for a short time. Highly recommended for those traveling alone to Jakarta. A good accommodation for those with MBTI I tendencies.

A very comfortable hotel and easy to reach to inner city areas.

for the pillows smell musty. and around 8 o'clock, the door to the room suddenly opened. luckily a slot chain was used. but it was immediately closed because maybe someone was there. if the door was opened because it wasn't tight, it didn't seem possible. and, it was noisy in the middle. someone was dragging something like a chair/table. the room is not very soundproof. strategic location.

The staff is very friendly, the check-in and check-out process is fast, so far there are no problems.. My suggestion is to have a canteen so that you don't have to leave the hotel

It's nice, but it's not a smart TV yet, not to mention there are many TV channels that are not available and cannot be accessed. It's a shame because the place is very comfortable.

the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. because there is no phone in the room when I asked for a morning call the staff actually knocked on the door to wake me up. the room is nice even though the sound from the next room can still be heard clearly. but the place is nice, quiet, not too many cars pass by because the area is inside

Breakfast comes late, already rushed to the office & breakfast is not in accordance with the price & does not include coffee or tea for breakfast. 3. The swimming pool is not cleaned every day 4. Bad wifi 5. Check in & check out hours are too rigid, there is no tolerance for being late, while breakfast comes late every day until people have already rushed to the office. 6. The gym equipment is only 1 treadmill that works

It's really fun here, all the employees are friendly The room is clean, all the areas are clean The only thing that's needed is Netflix in the room facilities to make it cooler, thanks I think I'll come here again

Very comfortable! First time staying here but immediately fell in love! Clean.. and the staff are supportive, friendly, and follow customer requests! Absolute champion!!! It will be my and my family's favorite place! Thank you🥰🥰🥰

Very pleasant and comfortable, the swimming pool + pantry facilities are really good.

I checked in in the evening, it was the security in the lobby, it took a long time for Dy to take care of him, his face was not friendly anymore, I asked why it took so long to take care of his check in? monitor, I've been waiting in the lobby for almost half an hour just to check in!! please, the security should be taught how to do it, so as not to make guests upset by waiting for a long time, where is it hot in the lobby?

The swimming pool is not suitable for children, the playground smells maybe because it is close to the animal cage. Overall good, hopefully it will be better.

Very satisfied with cleanliness number 1 next time I come here again.
