Kitchenwares and mirror are dusty, need to clean regularly.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staffs were friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was amazing. They served different type of pho every morning (chicken or beef) along with small selections of breakfast buffet. Everything was great during our stay and they also allowed us to leave our luggage during our trip to Sapa and Halong Bay.

Location very good. Staff friendly.

The hotel is clean, well furnished, fully equipped in the room, enthusiastic staff guide, free room upgrade, will come back when the opportunity arises.

Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, vui vẻ và lịch sự. Phòng ốc hơi nhỏ một chút, nhưng gọn gàng đủ tiện nghi. Điểm trừ duy nhất là phòng cách âm rất kém.

Khách sạn không có sóng điện thoại. Vào đấy thì điện thoại không có 1 miếng sóng nào. Muốn có thì phải đổi ra phòng ở ngoài và thêm phí 150k 1 đêm

Perfect - everything so good - location is good. Room is comfortable. Excellent service mind and very helpful - food is great - Massage and Spa (Hot stone massage) is perfect!

Hotel in the old town center. The hotel is newly built so the interior and exterior are beautiful and the staff are enthusiastic. The thing is that the room is quite small and the sound insulation is not good. White - black is the main tone of the hotel. Hehe Breakfast is also very good. The layout of the dining room on the 8th floor is eye-catching. Have a chance to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is newly built, beautiful and comfortable. Friendly, polite and enthusiastic staff. Breakfast with little choice but very delicious. Nothing to blame. Will definitely come back on a recent occasion.

I went to Hanoi to work and I was very pleased with these guests. room like picture, very nice and very clean staffs from HK to recep or door man. people are friendly and always support guests. only the soundproofing room is not good. everything is very good ❤️ I'll come back here when I get to Hanoi ❤️
