Lots of snails in the toilet, damp room, AC doesn't work, TV doesn't work.

The service is lacking because you have made a reservation, but rooms are still being traded for reasons (thought they won't come) even though they are still waiting.

The application is not clear, the hotel is not clear, the message that the AC is given is non-AC, there is no clarity on the complaint until today.

Bathroom facilities are incomplete, towels are only given 1. Employees are not friendly.

The hotel really doesn't match the photos. Moldy walls, floors and mattresses are not clean, stuffy, dark, unfriendly service, toiletries are not provided. It was that bad until we finally decided to move hotels right then and there.

The receptionist service was not very friendly, not wise and the room I ordered did not match the one in the photo as well as the room was very very dirty and not suitable for occupancy. There is no clerk who first cleans the place that will be occupied by guests unlike other inns. So I didn't want to stay there and my money was not returned. And the hotel is not responsible.
