Incredible Hotel!! The rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff is exceptionally nice and accommodating. I would rate 9/10. I will definitely stay here again soon!!!

Buena atención, buena ubicación y buen desayuno. Las instalaciones cumplen con lo necesario para una agradable estancia.

El apartamento es comodo y tener 1 bano y medio es conveniente. Desafortunadamente, podiamos escuchar mucho ruido a media noche de los apartamentos de al lado, corredor y balcones. El desayuno es de 7 am a 10:30 am is esto es dificil para las personas que desayunan mas temprano. El desayuno comienza demasiado tarde. El staff muy amable.

The saff is great

The front desk staff is amazing. They were all super friendly. As a family of 4 with 2 little kids accommodations were great. I’d definitely book it again.

This place uses the word luxury lightly. The jacuzzi does not work properly. It is not a hot tub since water never reaches hot. The carpet on the hall floor is really dirty and old. Inside the unit there are several stops that need to be repaired. This is not a luxury suite by American standards.

To start off this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Lets just get that out of the way. It lacks a lot of amenities which a 4 star hotel provides for an example dispoble slippers/hygiene products. The hotel room itself is very nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable but it can get noisy outside because my room was nearby the streets. Refrigerator works great but cant say the same for the kitchen. The oven wasnt working nor the ventilation. No microwaves as well. They do include some pots, pans and some utensils but it is very limited. Also no hair dryer in the shower but having two toilet was nice. Also no air conditioner whatsoever. I would not recommend booking this place during the hot seasons. We had the sliding door open but there was no sliding door barrier to prevent insects from coming inside the room. Also goodluck trying to sleep in because housekeeping will keep ringing your door every morning because they dont have signs to put outside the door that lets them know to do not disturb or clean the room sign. Overall the people who work here are nice and speak a little bit of english. Just wish they could fix the issues ive stated above or this wouldve been a great place to stay.

The jacuzzi was basically a sewer with lights, and nobody offered to clean the room once in 4 days. One wine glass, no ice, no bar, no resaurant, and they charged me extra fees for having two friends in my suite. I will never go back to Hemma or recommend it to anyone. Dont he fooled by the photos, its literally the cheapest furniture and terrible design choices. Theres also zero counter space in the bathroom.
