The room was okay but the staff weren’t always very responsive or polite (not all of them) and when I asked for some milk for the kettle in my room, they said they didn’t have any as the delivery hadn’t come?! This is basic, basic stuff. The pillows could also be harder.

Nice but very small room, no cream no tissue. This hotel is good only for the weekends or couple days not for 8 or more days .

The hotel was exceptional value for money. It is easily accessed from Wroclaw Glowny train station a 10 minute walk or there are multiple bus and tram options to the nearby Galeria Dominikańska.

Stayed for 7 days on holiday! What they say they deliver is exactly that! Hotel clean , staff so helpful and friendly! Room exactly what you need...clean bed comfortable! From town square 10min walk! Big eatery and shopping mall 2 mins away! Would definitely stay again@

The bed was very comfortable, shower was very good. The room was a good size. Very near the train station.

The location is very good and walking distance to center of town, clean and staff friendly and helpful.

Great location 10 min walk from Old Town and close to good transport links. The reception is 24/7 and staff were really helpful, even at 2am! Breakfast is ok and room clean and comfortable. Good value for price paid.

Fantastic location, everything is within walking distance. Staff so nice, I arrived late in the evening and the reception guy upgraded me to a better room without extra charge for the duration of my stay 😀 Very clean Highly recommend

Travelodge standard. Nothing flash quite basic. Pillows scarce and very lumpy, they need new ones and more of them. Otherwise ok. Hairdryer not very powerful.

Easy to find location getting from airport bus stop. Close to old town. Even room numbers are on road side which means trams late night and starting early morning. Took 4 asks at reception to switch rooms. Room and bathroom are both big. Kettle and mugs provided (earl grey tea & coffee satchets provided) small open wardrobe area.

Staff 5*, always friendly and welcoming. Excellent service. Room comfortable (bed etc) could use more pillows. I didn't try the breakfast. Looks wise rooms needs updating. The windows dont seal noise well. I didnt mind being by the front road, as I got a view, but it was noisy first night. I liked my room. And enjoyed my stay.

this hotel is walking distance from old town square and wrocław main train station the staff from reception to cleaners were great😊😊

Pros: Great location and price.Breakfast was fairly decent. Staff was nice. Reasonably clean for the most part as well. Cons: I would caveat this by saying that immediately before this stay, I was coming from its sister hotel in Poznan and it was a stark comparison at the same cost. Poznan facility is truly 3.5 stars whereas this Wroclaw one is 2 stars. Specifics - No drinking water in room, no luggage rack, no shelf in shower to place your own amenities, no area map, filthy windows, no temp control making it too warm to sleep, dismal pillows (even stacked up were almost flat with no support)
