The ads showed 1 double bed and 1 bunker bed. But when we arrived the front desk staff said it was an error thus we need to pay for extra bed. They argued that what we saw at the advertisement in web was a mistake because they were not able to edit it due to poor internet connection. They asked us to cancel the booking rather than giving the extra bed free. The issue became hotter because the payment made was nonrefundable. They choose to let us go rather than give the extra bed. In the end they finally agreed to give the free extra bed because the booking was again nonrefundable and not until they gave us smaller room than the first room where they brought our bags in.
